Week11 - All of us are prepare with our final presentation, Gideon, Matt, and Andrew try to make the program working. Me and Trish are trying to make a powerpoint. The thing is Gideon want to write the program in VB 2005, but we don't trust his productivity, so Andrew is working on the backup version, in cause Gideon's one is not working. So, what can I say, just hope that we will have our program working on Monday morning and a good presentation on Tuesday.

Week10 - On Monday morning during our regular meeting time, Andrew and Gideon start a huge fight. The reason is last we everyone decide to go home and to the user manual and test plan, and Gideon suppose to fix the program and send everyone a copy on last Friday. But, he only sent 3 screen shots, therefore we cannot finish our user manual and test plan, and we need to ask for extension. Andrew is not happy with that he start to do Gideon's work and I have to fix my test plan as well. I think the biggest problem is Gideon didn't join us when we design the program, but seems he is not happy with what we come out with, so he decide to change the whole staff. I think he should say it when we doing our disscussion to avoid this kind of problem. In this week tut, we had another workthrough with Peter about our project management.

Week9 - This is the first week we came back form break, we had Easter break and after that we had Anzac day, so we actually miss 2 weeks tut. Me, Trish, and Matt start to work on the Test plan and User manual, finally we decide me and Trish will do the test plan and Andrew and Matt will working on the user manual. As Gideon, we don't really know what he is doing, so everyone just decide to ask him to fixing our VB and make it more presentable and functional. And in this week tut we had a program workthrough with Peter, he said is likes our design and also give some sugguestions about our prototype.

week 7. This week our group was working on our prototypes and design specifications. Trish and I was working on the paper design of the screens, Andrew is doing the coding in VB, Matt and Gideon are trying to do the screen decription for the assignment. But we all feel like to go home early. So, we seprate this tasks in our assignment, and we all expect the Easter holiday. Any, Happy Easter to everyone

Week6. This week I did not go to the studio,coz I move house last weekwnd. But I know this week we have to hand in another assignment which is the Design Specification. I already finish the class diagram, and menu structure last week., so I do not have much other works to do. But thanks my group members for the understanding.

Week5, This week we do our functional specification presentation. Finally, this time we are not the first, we are the second. My part is about the problem within the current system of Melbourne Pathology, I need to identify 3 problems, and give possible solutions in the new system. I thnk the presentation went quite well, everyone talk about their own parts and it went smoothly. I think the reason is we came a hour before the studio tut, and we actually went throught the whole presentation during that time. Practice makes better, hope our next presentaion will be even better.

Week4. In this week studio we all focus on event analysis and use case narratives. Beacuse this will be our first assignment need to hand in. There are many arguement and different opinion during the disscussion. And after the disscussion we sprate into 2 groups, 1 group is focus on developing the assignment and the other group is working on the presentation, which we are going to deliver next week. I think all members in our group decide to do better this time. So, everyone are working hard and give different suggestions for the presentation.

week 3. Our first presentation with our clients began last Tuesday. Our group started off first, because apparently we had all our technologies ready. I felt that I have let my team down for being so nervous. For some reason when standing in front of all those people in class, it freaked me out. I have done better presentations before, I don't know whether it was just my nerves or I was just not comfortable with the people in my class. However, being comfortable or not, when presenting with real clients, you're not exactly going to be familiar or comfortable with them because you've never worked with them before. Anyway, our presentation is not going very well, need to try harder next time
